Sleep Disorders

Is it hard for you to fall sleeping or stay asleep though the night? Do you wake up emotion tired or feel very sleepy during the day, even if you have had sufficient sleep? You might have a sleep chaos. The most common kinds are


Insomnia - a hard time falling or stay asleep
Sleep apnea - inhalation interruption during sleep
Restless legs syndrome - a tingling or prickly feeling in the legs
Narcolepsy - daytime "sleep attacks"


Nightmares, night terrors, sleepwalking, sleep talking, head bang, wetting the bed and grind your teeth are kinds of sleep harms called parasomnias. There are treatments for most sleep disorder. Sometimes just having regular sleep behavior can help.
